NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Hartlepool Borough Council, the Highway Authority, intends to apply to the Magistrates’ Court sitting at the Law Courts, Victoria Road, Hartlepool, on Monday 27th April 2009 at 2.15 p.m. for an Order pursuant to Section 116 of the Highways Act 1980 that those lengths of highway referred to in the Schedule hereto be stopped-up on the ground that they are unnecessary. A copy of a plan (drawing number M50, 618) showing those parts of the highway to be stopped-up may be inspected free-of-charge during normal office hours at the Legal Division of the Chief Executive’s Department, Civic Centre, Victoria Road, Hartlepool.

SCHEDULE

Footways between Warren Road, Runciman Road and Davison Drive

The sections of footways are situated 11.5 metres west of Warren Road/Davison Drive junction in Warrren Road and travel in a north direction to Runciman Road and also travels in a north-east direction to Davison Drive. The sections of footways to be closed are 81 metres, 41 metres and 36 metres in length. The widths of the footways are 1.8 metres wide.
