Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 106 of The Insolvency Act 1986 that Meetings of the Members and Creditors of the above named company will be held as follows:-

for the following purposes:

1. to receive the report of the Liquidator showing how the winding-up of the Company has been conducted and to receive the Receipts & Payments Account including the Liquidator’s remuneration

2. to release the Liquidator from office with effect from the date of the final meeting:

3. to approve that the books and accounts of the Company be disposed of within six months of the final dissolution of the Company.
