At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the above named company, duly convened and held at Tenon Recovery, 6th Floor, Salisbury House, 31 Finsbury Circus, London, EC2M 5SQ on 03 March 2009 at 3.00pm the following resolutions were duly passed as a Special resolution and an ordinary resolution:-

“That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that the company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business and that it is advisable to wind-up the same and accordingly, that the company be wound-up voluntarily and that Duncan Robert Beat and Peter John Forsey, both of Messrs Tenon Recovery, Suite 3, Chalkwell Lawns, 648-656 London Road, Westcliff-On-Sea, Essex SS0 9HR, are hereby appointed joint liquidators for the purposes of such winding-up are able to act jointly and severally.”
