At a general meeting of the designated members of the above limited liability partnership held at 29 King Street, Newcastle under Lyme, Staffordshire ST5 1ER, on 6 March 2009, the following determinations were made:

“That the partnership be wound up voluntarily under Legislation section: section 84(1)(b) of Legislation: The Insolvency Act 1986 and that Martin Williamson of DSi Services, 29 King Street, Newcastle under Lyme, Staffordshire ST5 1ER be and is hereby appointed liquidator of the partnership for the purpose of its voluntary winding up.”

At a meeting of creditors held on 6 March 2009 the creditors confirmed the appointment of Martin Williamson as liquidator.
