NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Council of the London Borough of Camden propose to make the above-mentioned Orders under Sections 45, 46, 49 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended by the Local Government Act 1985 and the Traffic Management Act 2004.

The general nature and effect of the Orders will be to:

  • a provide Car Club parking bays in various locations, 83-85 Fairfax Road; Lindfield Gardens; Portpool Lane; Primrose Hill Road; Sandall Road and St. John’s Wood Park in the London Borough of Camden;
  • b relocate or amend either the existing residents, pay & display, shared-use, solo motorcycle, trader parking bays adjacent to accommodate the Car Club bays.

A copy of the proposed Orders and the Council’s Statement of Reasons for proposing to make the Orders may be inspected/obtained at the Culture and Environment Reception Desk, fifth floor, Camden Town Hall, Argyle Street, WC1H 8EQ.

Any person wishing to object or make representations to the proposed Orders, should send your comments in writing, giving your reasons for any objection to the Director of Culture and Environment Directorate, Camden Town Hall, Argyle Street, London WC1H 8EQ, to reach this Department by 02 April 2009 within 21 days from the date on which this notice is published.
