Notice is hereby given pursuant to Legislation section: Section 98 of the Legislation: Insolvency Act 1986, that a meeting of the Creditors of the above named Company will be held at 18 Sapcote Trading Centre, Dudden Hill Lane, London NW10 2DH on 31 March 2009 at 2.00 pm for the purposes mentioned in sections 99 to 101 of the said Act. Liquidator’s remuneration and disbursements and the costs of preparing the Statement of Affairs and convening the meeting may also be considered at the Meeting. Proxies to be used at the meeting must be lodged no later than 12 noon on 30 March 2009 at the offices of D. Wald & Co, 18 Sapcote Trading Centre, Dudden Hill Lane, London NW10 2DH, at which address a list of the names and addresses of the Company’s creditors will be available for inspection free of charge on the two business days before 31 March 2009 between the hours of 10.00 am and 4.00 pm.
