Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Legislation section: Section 98 Legislation: of the Insolvency Act 1986 that a meeting of the creditors of Booer and Sons Limited will be held at MacIntyre Hudson LLP, New Bridge Street House, 30-34 New Bridge Street, London, EC4V 6BJ, on 19 March 2009, at 12.30 pm for the purposes provided for in Sections 98, 100 and 101 of the Insolvency Act 1986. A list of the names and addresses of the company’s creditors will be available for inspection, free of charge, during business hours on the 17th and 18th days of March 2009 at the offices of MacIntyre Hudson LLP, New Bridge Street House, 30-34 New Bridge Street, London, EC4V 6BJ, the resolutions to be taken at the meeting may include resolutions specifying the terms on which the Joint Liquidators are to be remunerated and reimbursed in respect of their disbursements. Further, the meeting may receive information about, or be called upon to approve, the costs of preparing the Statement of Affairs and convening the meeting. To assist creditors in making an informed decision, a copy of the creditors’ guide to Liquidators’ fees as detailed in The Association of Business Recovery Professionals (formerly the Society of Practitioners of Insolvency), Statement of Insolvency Practice No. 9 is available from the R3 website at www.R3.org.uk. Note: Proxies to be used at the meeting must be lodged at the Registered Office of the company at MacIntyre Hudson LLP, New Bridge Street House, 30-34 New Bridge Street, London, EC4V 6BJ, not later than 12.00 noon on 18th March 2009. A Creditor will not be entitled to vote at the meeting unless he has lodged a proof of debt claimed to be due to him from the company. Please forward to the Registered Office a statement of your claim to assist in the preparation of the Statement of Affairs.
