Hermes Private Equity Investments Holding 2005 Founder Partner L.P.

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that on 25 February 2009, Khim Tan transferred all of the interest held by him in Hermes Private Equity Investments Holding 2005 Founder Partner L.P. (the “Partnership”), a limited partnership registered in England with number LP11123 to the following persons in the following proportions and that, with effect from 25 February 2009, Khim Tan ceased to be a limited partner in the Partnership:

1. £10.50 of his capital contribution in the Partnership was transferred to Susan Flynn;

2. £8.75 of his capital contribution in the Partnership was transferred to Delaney Brown; and

3. £1.75 of his capital contribution in the Partnership was transferred to Nicola Rutherford.
