Notice is hereby given that the Creditors of the above-named Company are required on or before 3 April 2009, to prove their debts or claims by sending to the undersigned Mr M Fillmore, of Atherton Bailey LLP, Arundel House, 1 Amberley Court, Whitworth Road, Crawley, RH11 7XL, the Liquidator of the Company, statements of the amount they claim to be due to them from the company and, if so required to provide such further details or produce such documentary evidence as may appear to the Liquidators to be necessary in proving their debt or claim. A creditor who has not proved their debt or claim before the declaration of any dividend is not entitled to disturb any dividend declared before the debt was proved.
