At a General Meeting of the Members of the above named company duly convened and held at New Chartford House, Centurion Way, Cleckheaton, West Yorkshire BD19 3QB on 04 March 2009 the following resolutions were duly passed as a special and an ordinary resolution, respectively:

“That the company be wound up voluntarily and that Christopher Wood, of Clough Corporate Solutions LLP, New Chartford House, Centurion Way, Cleckheaton, West Yorkshire, BD19 3QB, be appointed liquidator of the company for the purposes of the voluntary winding-up.”

At the subsequent meeting of creditors held at the same date, the resolutions were ratified confirming the appointment of Christopher Wood as liquidator.
