A Petition to wind up the above-named Company, I.P.S. The Pallet Wrap Company Limited, of 3 Warners Mill, Braintree, Essex CM7 3GB, presented on 18 February 2009, by I F E GLOBAL LOGISTICS (UK) LIMITED, of 13 Bentalls Business Park, Bentalls, Basildon, Essex SS14 3BN, claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the Royal Courts of Justice, Strand, London WC2A 2LL, on 1 April 2009, at 10.30 am (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
