Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 94 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that Final Meetings of Members and Creditors of the above named company will be held at the offices of SPW Poppleton & Appleby, Gable House, 239 Regents Park Road, London N3 3LF, on Thursday 2nd April 2009, at 10.00 am and 10.30 am respectively, to receive an account showing how the winding-up of the Company has been conducted and the property of the Company disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator; and also of directing the manner in which the books, accounts and documents of the Company and of the Liquidator thereof, shall be disposed of. Any member entitled to attend and vote at the above mentioned meeting is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him, and such proxy need not also be a member.
