Notice is hereby given, that a General Meeting of the Members of the above named Company will be held at Wilkins Kennedy, Bridge House, London Bridge, London SE1 9QR, on 17 April 2009. The meeting will be held at 11.00 am.

The Meeting is called pursuant to Section 94 of the Insolvency Act 1986 for the purpose of enabling the Joint Liquidators’ to present an account showing the manner in which the winding-up of the Company has been conducted in the preceding year, to give any any explanation that he may consider necessary and to seek the Joint Liquidators’ release. A Member entitled to attend and vote is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him. A proxy need not be a Member.

Proxies to be used at the meeting should be lodged at Wilkins Kennedy, Bridge House, London Bridge, London SE1 9QR, no later than 12.00 noon on the working day immediately before the meeting.
