“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Peter John Windatt and Rebecca Jane Dacre, both of BRI Business Recovery and Insolvency, Suite 1C, Oak House, Woodlands Business Park, Linford Wood West, Milton Keynes, MK14 6EY, are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up.”
