At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at Monument House, 215 Marsh Road, Pinner HA5 5NE, on 28 November 2008, at 11.00 am, the following Special Resolutions were passed:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily, that Michael James Meston Reid, of Meston Reid & Co, 12 Carden Place, Aberdeen, be and is appointed Liquidator of the Company for the purposes of such winding-up, and that the Liquidator be and is hereby authorised to divide among the Members either in specie or in kind the whole or any part of the assets of the Company.”
