Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that Final Meetings of Members and Creditors will be held at the offices of Tenon Recovery, Clive House, Clive Street, Bolton BL1 1ET, on 15 April 2009, at 11.00 am and 11.15 am respectively, for the purpose of receiving a final account of the Liquidator’s acts and dealings and of the conduct of the winding-up. The following Resolutions will be considered at the Meetings, that the Liquidator’s final receipts and payments account by agreed, that the Liquidator be released from all duties and that the books and records be destroyed 12 months after the dissolution of the Company.
