NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN in accordance with Schedule 10 of the Water Resources Act 1991 that an application has been made to the Environment Agency by Neeb Holdings Limited for consent to discharge up to 20 cubic metres per day of secondary treated sewage effluent containing no trade effluent to a balancing pond overflowing to a tributary of Ardleigh Reservoir at National Grid Reference TM 02141 29062 from White House Farm, Old Ipswich Road, Colchester, Essex, CO7 7QR.

Any person who wishes to make representations about the application should do so in writing to The Environment Agency, Water Quality Permitting Support Centre, PO Box 4209, Sheffield, S9 9BS, during the period 6/3/09 to 17/4/09 quoting reference NPSWQD005565.

A copy of the application may be inspected free of charge at the Local Environment Agency office at Environment Agency, Public Register, Kingfisher House, Goldhay Way, Orton Goldhay, Peterborough, PE2 5ZR between the hours of 9 am and 4.30 pm Monday to Friday (not Bank Holidays).
