Notice is hereby given that the creditors of the above named company, which is in Administration, are required, on or before 25 March 2009 to prove their debts by sending to the undersigned Geoffrey Martin of Geoffrey Martin & Co, St James’s House, 28 Park Place, Leeds LS1 2SP, the Joint Administrator of the Company, written statements of the amounts they claim to be due to them from the Company and, if so requested, to provide such further details or produce such documentary or other evidence as may appear to the Joint Administrators to be necessary. A creditor who has not proved his debt before the declaration of any dividend is not entitled to disturb, by reason that he has not participated in it, the distribution of that dividend or any other dividend declared before his debt was proved.

It was Ordered by the High Court of Justice, Chancery Division, Leeds District Registry on 27 June 2008 that the Joint Administrators be permitted to make payments to the creditors of the Company. It is the intention of the Joint Administrators to make a first and final distribution to unsecured creditors within the period of two months from the last date for proving. The “Prescribed Part” as defined in Section 176A of the Insolvency Act 1986 does not apply in these matters.
