A Petition to wind up the above-named Company of 9 Castle Street, Tunbridge Wells, Kent TN1 1XJ, presented on 3 February 2009, by STIMPOL TOURISM INC., of Isik Apt No. 30 D.4, 34437 Gumussuyu, Istanbul, Turkey, claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the Companies Court, Royal Courts of Justice, Strand, London WC2A 2LL, on 18 March 2009, at 10.30 am (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard). The Company has assets in this jurisdiction.
