The Astor House

Notice is hereby given that the Partnership previously existing between Anthony Peace and Elizabeth Peace, carrying on the business of a Bed and Breakfast under the name The Astor House at 14 Oldfield Road, Bath BA2 3ND (the “Premises”), has been dissolved as from 25 January 2008. All debts due and owing by the Partnership as at 25 January 2008 will be received and paid by Elizabeth Peace, who shall continue to carry on the said business as a sole trader under the name Elizabeth Peace trading as The Astor House, at 14 Oldfield Road, Bath BA2 3ND (the “Premises”).
