Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a general meeting of the Members and a meeting of the Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of Atherton Bailey, 1 Liverpool Terrace, Worthing, West Sussex, BN11 1TA on 16 April 2009 at 11.00 am and 11.15 am respectively; both meetings being for the purpose of having an account laid before them, showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted and the property of the Company disposed of, and to hear any explanation that may be given by the Joint Liquidators. The meeting of Creditors will also be asked to resolve that the Joint Liquidators be given their release in accordance with Section 173 of the Insolvency Act 1986. A Member or Creditor entitled to attend and vote at the above meetings may appoint a proxy to attend and vote in his place. It is not necessary for the proxy to be a Member or Creditor. Proxy forms must be lodged with the Liquidators at their offices at Atherton Bailey, 1 Liverpool Terrace, Worthing, West Sussex, BN11 1TA no later than 12 noon on 15 April 2009.
