NOTICE OF CANCELLATION PURSUANT TO SECTION 16 OF THE ACT

Notice is hereby given that the Authority has, pursuant to the Industrial and Provident Societies Act 1965, this day cancelled the registration of the following Societies on the grounds that each Society has ceased to separately exist following their amalgamation with other Societies to form Coastal Housing Group Limited 30438R:

Cymdeithas Tai Dewi Sant Limited (Reg No 27182R), the registered office of which is at Ty Dewi Sant, Harvey Crescent, Aberavon, Port Talbot, West Glamorgan SA12 6DE

Swansea Housing Association Limited (Reg No 22107R), the registered office of which is at 11 Wind Street, Swansea SA1 1DP.

Each Society listed above ceases to enjoy the privileges of a registered Society, but without prejudice to any liability incurred by it, which may be enforced against it as if such cancellation had not taken place.
