  • 1 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Croydon Council propose to make a Traffic Order under section 6 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended and all other enabling powers.
  • 2 The general effect of the Croydon (Free Parking Places) (Disabled Persons) (No. J8) Traffic Order 2009 would be to:

  • 3 A copy of the proposed Order and of all related Orders, of the Council’s statement of reasons for proposing to make the Order and of the plans which indicate each length of road to which the Order relates, can be inspected during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays inclusive until the last day of a period of six weeks beginning with the date on which the Order is made or, as the case may be, the Council decides not to make the Order, at the Enquiry Counter, ‘Access Croydon’ Facility, Ground Floor, Taberner House, Park Lane, Croydon, Surrey.
