(In Liquidation) Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 146 of the Insolvency Act 1986 that a Final Meeting of the Creditors of North East Construction Limited will be held at the offices of Tenon Recovery, Lowgate House, Lowgate, Hull, HU1 1EL on the 1 April 2009 at 10.30 am for the purpose of having an account laid before them, showing the manner in which the winding up has been conducted, to receive any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator and to determine whether the Liquidator should have his release under Section 174 of the Insolvency Act 1986.
