A Petition to wind up the above-named Company, Birdys Bar Limited, of Hamilton House, 4a The Avenue, Highams Park, London E4 9LD, presented on 11 February 2009 by SCOTTISH & NEWCASTLE UK LIMITED, of Ashby House, 1 Bridge Street, Staines, Middlesex TW18 4TP, claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at Manchester District Registry, at Manchester Civil Justice Centre, 1 Bridge Street West, Manchester M60 9DJ, on 6 April 2009, at 1000 hours (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
