Notice is hereby given that A Graham of Hamiltons Insolvency Practitioners, Omega Court, 368 Cemetery Road, Sheffield, S11 8FT was appointed Liquidator of the above company on 20 February 2009.
Creditors are required to send their names and addresses and particulars of their claims to the Liquidator on or before 20 April 2009. If so required, by notice in writing from the Liquidator, personally or by their solicitor, creditors must come in and prove their debts at such time and place as shall be specified in such notice. If they default in providing such proof, they will be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before such debts are proved.
