“That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Stephen James Hobson of Francis Clark, Vantage Point, Woodwater Park, Pynes Hill, Exeter EX2 5FD, be appointed Liquidator of the Company for the purposes of the voluntary winding-up.”
