A Meeting of creditors of the above-named company has been summoned by the Liquidator for the purpose of receiving an account of the conduct of the winding-up pursuant to Section 146 of the Insolvency Act 1986; and determining whether the Liquidators remuneration be fixed by reference to the time properly given by the Liquidator and his staff in attending to matters arising in the liquidation; and determining whether the Liquidator be authorised to draw sums to account of remuneration fixed as above and determining whether the Liquidator should have his release under Section 174 of the Insolvency Act 1986.

The meeting will be held on 11 March 2009 at 10.30am at Pannell House, 159 Charles Street, Leicester, LE1 1LD.

A proxy form must be lodged with me not later than 10 March 2009 to entitle you to vote by proxy at the meeting (together with a completed proof of debt form if you have not already lodged one).
