Notice is hereby given, that final meetings of the members and creditors of the above-named company will be held at KPMG LLP, Arlington Business Park, Theale, Reading, RG7 4SD on 10 March 2009 at 10.30am and 11.00am respectively for the purposes of having an account laid before them by the liquidators (pursuant to Section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986), showing the manner in which the winding up of the company has been conducted and the property of the company disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the liquidators.

A member or creditor entitled to vote at the above meetings may appoint a proxy to attend and vote in the member or creditor’s stead. It is not necessary for the proxy to be a member or creditor.
