Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Legislation section: section 98 of the Legislation: Insolvency Act 1986, that a Meeting of Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at Tomlinsons, Gladstone House, 2 Church Road, Liverpool L15 9EG, on 20 February 2009, at 11.00 am, for the purposes mentioned in sections 99, 100 and 101 of the said Act. A list of the names and addresses of the Company’s Creditors will be available for inspection, free of charge, at the offices of Tomlinsons, St John’s Court, 72 Gartside Street, Manchester M3 3EL, on the two business days falling next before the day of the Meeting between the hours of 10.00 am and 4.00 pm.
