THE HILLINGDON (WAITING AND LOADING) (CONSOLIDATION) (AMENDMENT NO. ) ORDER 2009

HARVEY ROAD, MISBOURNE ROAD, HILLINGDON. AVONDALE DRIVE, BOURTON CLOSE, COTMANS CLOSE, GADE CLOSE HITHERBROOM ROAD, HAYES. HAWKESWORTH CLOSE, NORTHWOOD. HORTON ROAD, YIEWSLEY. VICTORIA ROAD SERVICE ROAD, EAST MEAD, QUEENS WALK, WEST MEAD, RUISLIP

Hillingdon Council gives notice that it intends to make these orders which will impose waiting restrictions on the lengths of road as shown in the schedule to this notice. Copies of the proposed Orders with plans and the Council’s statement of reasons for the proposals can be seen at Hayes, Yiewsley, Northwood Hills, Ruislip, Oak Farm, South Ruislip Libraries and at Level 3 Reception, Civic Centre, Uxbridge during normal office hours for 21 days following the date on which this Notice is published. Further information can be obtained by telephoning Traffic Management Services, Environment and Consumer Protection on 01895 277014. If you wish to comment on or object the proposals please write within 21 days, stating grounds for objection and your home address, to Traffic Management Services, Environment and Consumer Protection Group, Civic Centre, Uxbridge, Middlesex UB8 1UW quoting reference 4W/05/AJ/110209.

AVONDALE DRIVE, HAYES

a Both sides, from the south-eastern kerbline of Coldharbour Lane for a distance of 10 metres south-east;

The north-east side,
- i between a point 11 metres north-west of the north-western kerbline of Cotsmans Close and a point 10 metres south-east of the south-eastern kerbline of Cotsman Close.
- ii Between a point 12 metres north-west of the north-western kerbline of Hitherbroom Road and a point 10 metres south-east of the south-eastern kerbline of Hitherbroom Road.
ii Between a point 12 metres north-west of the north-western kerbline of Hitherbroom Road and a point 10 metres south-east of the south-eastern kerbline of Hitherbroom Road.

The south and south-western side,
- i Between a point 10 metres west of the western kerbline of Bourton Close and a point 10 metres east of the eastern kerbline of Bourton Close;

Both sides, from a point in line with the southern kerbline of Avondale Drive for a distance of 12 metres southwards.

COTMANS CLOSE, HAYES

Both sides, from the north-eastern kerbline of Avondale Drive for a distance of 10 metres north-eastwards.

EAST MEAD, RUISLIP

Both sides, between the north-eastern kerbline of Queens Walk and a point

10 metres north-eastwards.

GADE CLOSE, HAYES

Both sides, from a point in line with the south-western kerbline of Avondale Drive for a distance of 10 metres south-west.

HARVEY ROAD, HILLINGDON

Both sides, from the western kerbline of the service road fronting Nos. 109 and 111 Long Lane for a distance of 10 metres.

HAWKESWORTH CLOSE, NORTHWOOD

a The south-west side, between a point 10 metres north-west of the north-western kerbline of the north-western north-east to south-west arm of Hawkesworth Close continuing south-eastwards and south-westwards onto the north-western side of the southern north-east to south-west arm of Hawkesworth Close to a point 3.5 metres south- west of the north- eastern flank wall of Nos. 16-18 Hawkesworth Close (excluding the frontage to the gar ages)
b The south- east side of the northwestern north-east to south-west arm of Hawkesworth Close, from a point in line with the south-western kerbline of Hawkesworth Close for a distance of 5 metres south-west
c The north-west side of the northwestern northeast to south-west tarm of Hawkesworth Close, between a point in line with the south-western kerbline of Hawkesworth Close and a point 3 metres north-east of the common boundary of Nos. 3 and 4 Hawkesworth Close.

HITHERBROOM ROAD, HAYES

Both sides, from a point in line with the north-eastern kerbline of Avondale Drive for a distance of 10 metres north-east.

HORTON ROAD, YIEWSLEY

The north side, between a point 10 metres west of the western kerbline of Whitethorn Avenue and a point opposite the western wall of No. 195 Horton Road.

LONG LANE, HILLINGDON

The service road on the western side of Long Lane, Hillingdon

The western side,

i Between a point 10 metres north of the northern kerbline of Misbourne Road and a point 10 metres south of the southern kerbline of Misbourne Road;
ii Between a point 10 metres north of the northern kerbline of Harvey Road and a point 10 metres south of the southern kerbline of Harvey Road.

ii Between a point 10 metres north of the northern kerbline of Harvey Road and a point 10 metres south of the southern kerbline of Harvey Road.

MISBOURNE ROAD, HILLINGDON

Both sides, from the western kerbline of the service road fronting Nos. 117 to 121 Long Lane for a distance of 10 metres.

QUEENS WALK, RUISLIP

a The south-west side, between a point 10 metres south-east of the south-eastern kerbline of West Mead and a point 10 metres north-west of the north-western kerbline of West Mead;
b The north-east side, between a point 10 metres south-east of the south-eastern kerbline of East Mead and a point 10 metres north-west of the north-western kerbline of East Mead.

WEST MEAD, RUISLIP

Both sides, between the south-western kerbline of Queens Walk and a point 10 metres south-westwards

WAITING PROHIBITED BETWEEN 8.00AM AND 6.30PM MONDAY TO SATURDAY

VICTORIA ROAD SERVICE ROAD, WHICH LIES ON THE NORTH-EAST SIDE FRONTING NOS 451 TO 543

The south east and south west sides, between its junction with Victoria Road and the north-eastern extent of the public highway.

The south west, north east and north west sides, from a point opposite the north western kerbline of its junction with Victoria Road continuing north westwards, south westwards and south eastwards to its junction with Victoria Road.
