Duke Street V UK No 1 Limited Partnership

Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, Standard life European Private Equity Trust plc transferred to Access Capital IV GBO (Delaware) LP, 65.9% of its original interest held by it in Duke Street V UK No 1 Limited Partnership, a limited partnership registered in England with registered number LP007611 (“the Partnership”) with effect from 28 January 2009 and so on that date Access Capital IV GBO (Delaware) LP became a limited partner in the Partnership and Standard life European Private Equity Trust plc ceased to be a limited partner in the Partnership.
