NEW BRITANIC LIMITED

At a general meeting of the members of the above named Company, duly convened and held at Regent House, Bath Avenue, Wolverhampton WV1 4EG on the 28 January 2009 the following resolutions were duly passed as a Special Resolution and an Ordinary Resolution respectively;

“That the company be wound up voluntarily and that P D Masters, of Leonard Curtis, Bamfords Trust House, 85-89 Colmore Row, Birmingham, B3 2BB, be and is hereby appointed the Liquidator of the Company for the purposes of such winding up.”

At the subsequent meeting of creditors held at the same place on the same day, the appointment of P D Masters of Leonard Curtis, Bamfords Trust House, 85-89 Colmore Row, Birmingham, B3 2BB as Liquidator was confirmed.
