Notice is hereby given in pursuance of Section 146 of the Insolvency Act 1986 (as amended), that a final meeting of creditors of the above Company will be held at the offices of Leonard Curtis, DTE House, Hollins Mount, Bury, BL9 8AT on 11 March 2009 at 11.00 am, for the purposes of having an account laid before them, showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted and the property of the Company disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator. Any creditor entitled to attend and vote is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote in their place, and such proxy need not also be a creditor. The proxy form must be returned to the above address by no later than 12.00 noon on 10 March 2009. The resolutions to be considered at the meeting are as follows: The Liquidator’s final account of receipts and payments be approved and that the Liquidator be released from office forthwith.
