At a General Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company, duly convened and held at Trafalgar House, Grenville Place, Mill Hill, London NW7 3SA on 28 January 2009 at 1.45 pm the following resolutions were duly passed:-

AS A SPECIAL RESOLUTION

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily.”

AS AN ORDINARY RESOLUTION

“That Jeffrey Mark Brenner, Licensed Insolvency Practitioner of B & C Associates, Trafalgar House, Grenville Place, Mill Hill, London NW7 3SA is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such winding-up.”
