Notice is hereby given pursuant to section 146 of the Insolvency Act 1986 that the final meeting of creditors of Kaan Developments Limited will be held at the offices of Grant Thornton UK LLP, Lees House, 21 Dyke Road, Brighton, East Sussex, BN1 3GD on 5 March 2009 at 10.00 am to receive the liquidator’s report of the winding up and to determine whether the liquidator should have his release. A creditor entitled to attend and vote at the meeting may appoint a proxy to attend and vote in his place. Proxy forms must be returned to the offices of Grant Thornton UK LLP, Lees House, 21 Dyke Road, Brighton, East Sussex, BN1 3GD by no later than 12 noon on 4 March 2009.
