SOUTH QUAY HAIR & BEAUTY LIMITED

Notice is hereby given that annual and final meetings of the members of South Quay Hair & Beauty Limited will be held at 11.00 am and 11.15 am on 9 March 2009, to be followed at 11.30 am and 11.45 am on the same day by meetings of the creditors of the Company. The meetings will be held at Quadrant House, 17 Thomas More Street, Thomas More Square, London E1W 1YW. The meetings are called pursuant to Section 105 and Section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986 for the purpose of receiving an account from the joint liquidators explaining the acts, dealings and manner in which the winding-up of the company has been conducted and to receive any explanation that they may consider necessary. A member or creditor entitled to attend and vote is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him. A proxy need not be a member or creditor. The following resolutions will be considered at the creditors’ meeting:

1. That the joint liquidators’ receipts and payments account be approved.

2. That the joint liquidators receive their release.

3. That the Joint Liquidators Report dated 23 January 2009 be approved.

4. That the books and records of the Company can be destroyed one year after the Company’s dissolution.

Proxies to be used at the meeting must be returned to the offices of UHY Hacker Young LLP, Quadrant House, 17 Thomas More Street, Thomas More Square, London E1W 1YW no later than 12 noon on the working day immediately before the meetings.
