At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at the 149 Balham Hill, London SW12 9DJ, on 21 January 2009, the following Special Resolution was duly passed:
“That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that M R Phillips and P R Boyle, of Harrisons, Fairfax House, 461-465 North End Road, London SW6 1NZ, be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of winding-up the Company.”
