Notice is hereby given, in pursuance of Legislation section: Section 98 Legislation: of the Insolvency Act 1986 that a meeting of the creditors of the above-named Company will be held at MacDonald Manchester Hotel, London Road, Manchester, M1 2PG, on 18 February 2009, at 12.00 noon for the purposes mentioned in sections 99 to 101 of the said Act, to receive a statement of the Company’s affairs, to nominate one or more Insolvency Practitioner/s as Liquidator/s, and to consider the appointment of a Liquidation Committee. If a Liquidation Committee is not formed, the Meeting may be asked to consider other Resolutions, including the basis upon which the Liquidator/s is/are to be remunerated, and for the approval of the costs of preparing the statement of affairs and convening the Meetings. Creditors wishing to vote at the Meeting must lodge a form of Proxy, together, with a full statement of account, at the Registered Office of the Company, c/o Gerald Edelman Business Recovery, Gateway House, Highpoint Business Village, Henwood, Ashford, Kent, TN24 8DH, not later than 12.00 noon on Tuesday 17 February 2009. For the purposes of voting, a Secured Creditor is required, unless he surrenders his security, to lodge at the Registered Office of the Company as above, before the meeting, a statement giving full particulars of his security, the date when it was given, and the value at which it is assessed. Notice is further given that a list of the names and addresses of the Company’s creditors may be inspected, free of charge at Gerald Edelman Business Recovery, Gateway House, Highpoint Business Village, Henwood, Ashford, Kent, TN24 8DH between the hours of 10.00 am and 4.00 pm on the two business days preceding the date of the meeting stated above.
