Notice is hereby given pursuant to Legislation section: Section 98 of the Legislation: Insolvency Act 1986 that a meeting of creditors of the above company will be held at 76 New Cavendish Street, London W1G 9TB on 13 February 2009 at 10.30 am for the purposes provided for in Sections 99 and 101 of the said Act. Creditors wishing to vote at the meeting must lodge their proxy, together with a statement of claim, at the offices of Berley, 76 New Cavendish Street, London W1G 9TB, not later than 12.00 noon on 12 February 2009. The proxy form and statement may be posted or sent by fax to 0207 636 4115. Secured creditors may only vote for the balance of the debt, which will not be recovered by enforcement of the security, unless right to enforce is waived. A list of the names and addresses of the Company’s creditors will be available for inspection free of charge at the offices of Berley, 76 New Cavendish Street, London W1G 9TB on 11 February 2009 and 12 February 2009 between the hours of 10.00 am and 4.00 pm. If no liquidation committee is formed, a resolution may be taken specifying the terms on which the liquidator is to be remunerated. The meeting will receive information about, or be called upon to approve, the costs of preparing the statement of affairs and convening the meeting.
