“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Lee Michael De'ath and David John Oprey, both of Chantrey Vellacott DFK LLP, Town Wall House, Balkerne Hill, Colchester, Essex, CO3 3AD, be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purpose of the voluntary winding up.”
