Notice is hereby given pursuant to Legislation section: Section 98 of the Legislation: Insolvency Act 1986 that a meeting of the creditors of the above named company will be held at Holiday Inn, Bostocks Lane, Sandiacre, Nottingham NG10 5NJ, on 25 November 2008 at 12.00 noon for the purposes provided for in Sections 99, 100 and 101 of the said Act. At the meeting, creditors may be requested to consider a resolution specifying the terms on which the liquidator is to be remunerated and the meeting may receive information about, or be called upon to approve, the costs of preparing the statement of affairs and convening the meeting. Proof of Debt and Proxy Forms to be used at the meeting must be lodged at the registered office of the company, now situated at the offices of Turpin Barker Armstrong, Allen House, 1 Westmead Road, Sutton, Surrey SM1 4LA, not later than 12 noon on the business day before the meeting. Notice is also hereby given, pursuant to section 98(2)(a) of the Insolvency Act 1986 that Martin C. Armstrong FCCA FABRP MIPA of Turpin Barker Armstrong, Allen House, 1 Westmead Road, Sutton, Surrey SM1 4LA, is qualified to act as an Insolvency Practitioner in relation to the above company, and will, during the period before the day of the meeting, furnish creditors with such information concerning the company’s affairs as they may reasonably require.
