Hillingdon Council gives notice that on 4 November 2008 it made this order which:-

• a will impose waiting restrictions on the lengths of roads as set out in Schedule 1 to this notice;
• b amend the operating times of the waiting restrictions from 11.00am to 12 noon Monday to Saturday to 1.00pm to 2.00pm Monday to Saturday on the length of road as set out in Schedule 2 to this notice.

A copy of the Order which will come into operation on 13 November 2008 can be seen at Harlington, Northwood Hills, Ruislip Libraries and at Level 3 reception, Civic Centre, Uxbridge during normal office hours, for six weeks following the date on which this notice is published. Copies of the Order can be obtained from Environment and Consumer Protection Group, telephone number 01895 277014. Applications to the High Court challenging the legality of the Order should be made within six weeks of the date on which the Order was made.

WAITING PROHIBITED AT ANY TIME

BEECHWOOD AVENUE, RUISLIP

Both sides, from the northwestern kerbline of the southern arm of Herlwyn Avenue, north westwards for a distance of 10 metres

BEVERLEY ROAD, RUISLIP

Both sides, from the north-western kerbline of Whitby Road north-westwards for a distance of 10 metres.

CHAMBERLAIN WAY, PINNER

The south-east side,

• i between a point 10 metres north-east of the north-eastern kerbline of the north-eastern arm of Raisins Hill and a point 10 metres south-west of the south-western kerbline of the north-eastern arm of Raisins Hill.
• ii between a point 10 metres north-east of the north-eastern kerbline of the south-western arm of Raisins Hill and a point 10 metres south-west of the south-western kerbline of the south-western arm of Raisins Hill.
