UBS International Infrastructure Fund

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that with effect from 30 October 2008:

1. Public Investment Fund of PO Box 6847, Riyadh 11452 Saudi Arabia, transferred its capital contribution in UBS International Infrastructure Fund, a limited partnership registered in England and Wales with registered number LP12418 (the “Partnership”) to UBS International Infrastructure Fund GP Cayman Ltd, a Company incorporated in the Cayman Islands with registered number MC-192977, whose registered office is at PO Box 242, 45 Market Street, Gardenia Court, Camana Bay, Grand Cayman, KY1-1104, Cayman Islands (the “General Partner”) and ceased to be a limited partner in the Partnership;

2. Public Pension Agency of PO Box 18364, Riyadh 11168, Saudi Arabia, transferred its capital contribution in the Partnership to the General Partner and ceased to be a limited partner in the Partnership; and

3. UBS AG, a Company incorporated in Switzerland acting through its London Branch (registered number BR004507) whose registered office is at 1 Finsbury Avenue, London EC2M 2PP transferred $18 of its capital contribution in the Partnership to the General Partner.
