“That the company should be wound up voluntarily.”

ORDINARY

“That Martin Charles Armstrong FCCA FABRP MIPA MBA and James Edmund Patchett FCCA MABRP of Turpin, Barker Armstrong, Allen House, 1 Westmead Road, Sutton, Surrey SM1 4LA be appointed joint liquidators for the purposes of such winding up.”
