At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Members of the above-named company duly convened and held at the offices of Griffith & Griffith, Century House, 31 Gate Lane, Boldmere, Sutton Coldfield on 20 October 2008, the following Special Resolutions were duly passed:
“That the company be wound up voluntarily and that George H W Griffith of Century House, 31 Gate Lane, Boldmere, Sutton Coldfield, West Midlands B73 5TR be and is hereby appointed as Liquidator for the purposes of such winding up, and that the Liquidator is to act solely.”
