At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Members of the above named Company, duly convened and held at the offices of A/S Roululnds Fabriker, Esplanaden 50 DK - 1098 Copenhagen, Denmark, on 22 September 2008, the following Special resolution was duly passed:
“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Tyrone Shaun Courtman and Evelyn Gabrielle Exley, both of Cooper Parry LLP, 1 Colton Square, Leicester, LE1 1QH, be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of such winding-up.”
