At a General Meeting of the above-named Company held at 1 Brassey Road, Old Potts Way, Shrewsbury SY3 7FA, on 24 October 2008, the following Resolutions were passed, as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution respectively:
“That the Company be wound up voluntarily under Legislation section: section 84(1)b of the Legislation: Insolvency Act 1986, and that Martin Williamson, of DSi Services, 1 Brassey Road, Old Potts Way, Shrewsbury, Shropshire SY3 7FA, be and is hereby appointed Liquidator of the Company for the purpose of its voluntary winding-up.”
At a meeting of creditors held on 24 October 2008 the creditors confirmed the appointment of Martin Williamson as liquidator.
