ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT ASSESSMENT
DETERMINATION BY THE SECRETARY OF STATE FOR TRANSPORT UNDER SECTION 105A (3) OF THE HIGHWAYS ACT 1980
The Secretary of State for Transport gives notice that he has determined that his proposal to install traffic signals at the A5/A5064/B4308 Emstry Roundabout in the County of Shropshire which is a relevant project within the meaning of section 105A (1) of the Highways Act 1980 is not subject to environmental impact assessment in accordance with Part VA of the Highways Act 1980 implementing Directive 85/337/EEC as amended by Directive 97/11/EC.
Any comments about this notice should be sent to the Highways Agency, Room C4, Broadway, Broad Street, Birmingham B15 1BL. Any comments should be made as soon as possible and no later than 12 December 2008.
