ADVANCE LOGISTICS LEEDS LTD
Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Final Meeting of the Members and a Meeting of the Creditors of Advance Logistics Leeds Ltd will be held at Merchant’s Quay, Ashley Lane, Shipley BD17 7DB, on Tuesday 18 November 2008, at 2.00 pm and 2.15 pm respectively, for the purpose of receiving an account and the report of the Liquidator showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted and the property of the Company disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator. A Member or Creditor entitled to attend and vote at the above Meetings may appoint a proxy to attend and vote in his place. It is not necessary for the proxy to be a Member or Creditor. Proxies to be used at the Meetings must be lodged at the offices of Rushtons, Merchant’s Quay, Ashley Lane, Shipley BD17 7DB, no later than 12.00 noon on the day preceding the Meeting.
